We took over the building on June 1, 2016. On June 13 or 14 was when she complained about her closet.  All the piping for the air conditioner and furnace go into the ceiling, so when I came out to look at it it looked like the condensation from the pipes. I called [redacted] Heating and Cooling...

and he looked at it and it was the pan in the air conditioner. I told him it was in her closet. I told her I thought it was resolved and it wasn’t raining when I came in. She let me know it was leaking again so I called [redacted] again and the area he went into the first time was the pantry closet not her bedroom closet. There was a miscommunication. There are water marks on her bedroom ceiling, which were clearly there before we owned the property. It was an ongoing issue, more than the 2 weeks we had owned the property. So when [redacted] came out again he said it was a leak from the roof. I had a roofing company come out and they said it was being caused from the Satellite dish above her ceiling. They replaced the issue and the roof. The maintenance man sprayed the wall where the mold was supposedly growing. He took the whole piece off the wall and there was no mold on the wall. I didn’t see or smell anything on the carpet. I had offered her to wash her clothes in our laundry facility for free. She said no it was fine. She also mentioned she didn’t have an emergency maintenance. All my tenants have my cell phone number which they can call at any time.   [redacted], owner and landlord
