Horrible Service from limousine driver, limo not in appropriate condition, not given promised services stated on website for the price. On the business website it clearly promises up to 3 hours of limo service and complimentary champagne and water for a charge of $350 dollars. The limo had no champagne or water. The limo's air conditioner also did not work. Our driver helped us turn it on and kept insisting it was working but there was hot air coming out. It did not work. (shouldn't they have checked this!) When we got to the reception the driver was also rushing us out because she had another job. We had only been in limo for at the most one hour. Again website states up to 3 hours. The driver did not even open the door for the me (the bride) when it was time to get out. Very unprofessional and all she cared about doing was taking pictures of the reception place. I contacted the manager of the place and he was VERY RUDE to me and told me I was lieing when I said the air conditioner did not work and that "we weren't doing it right." No apologies just that we were wrong yet it definately did not work. I told the owner how rude the driver was and that she was in a rush to leave because she had "another job" to get too yet the owner said she didn't. I told him that she was unprofessional and didn't open the door for me and she was too concerned with taking photos of the place instead of being professional. He did say he would talk to the driver about that...but that was all he would do...he didn't offer any compensation OR apologize. I asked the owner about why there wasn't any champagne or water in the limo and he claimed that it is only used after the ceremony...yet it still wasn't in the limo anyways.I had told him that it was the worst service I have receieved from a company in a long long time and asked him for compensation...even just $100 dollars back and he was RUDE to me and said....I'm not giving you anything back because you didn't even tip the girl." Only thing he was willing to give me was champagne. I said I didn't want champagne...I wanted champagne on my wedding day! I told him I wanted something back for my terrible service that I received between the air conditioner being broken...the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the driver, and the fact that I WAS NOT promised what was clearly stated on the website..and again that was up to 3 hours of service and water and champagne...IN the limo that day..He was very mean to me over the phone...didn't even care. A wedding day is supposed to be special and people expect good service even more on days like that. 4/27/2013 was date of service. Payment amount was $350 dollars. For the horrible service I receieved $350 dollars is a LOT of money. I can't believe he is not willing to work with me at least a little. One hour of service isn't up to 3 hours of promised service. Desired SettlementI'm not even asking for much...I would just like some money back for the horrible experience and not getting what was promised for services. $100-$150 dollars refund is all I am asking. Business Response On Jan 17, 2013 a full 3 hour wedding transportation service was booked at $350.00 plus 20% tips consumer put down $100.00 deposits and it was for an April 27, 2013 wedding. What consumer scheduled was transportation for the groom and groomsmen to be brought from the consumers house to the ceremony and then we were to pick up the bride and brides maid to take them to the ceremony location. Consumer was undecided so we never received the addresses as to where the consumers would be picked up at the time of booking. This wedding service would include a champagne toast after the ceremony and would take them to a picture location and then to the reception location as agreed. On April 23, 2013 days prior to wedding date bride called to confirm and had changed plans and only needed a ride to the reception location which was only 15 mins from her house and at that time the bride mentioned that $350.00 dollars plus a tip was a lot of money. Consumer expressed buyer's remorse at that time. Unfortunately we could not change the contract. It is as stated in contract consumer agreed to which is there are no refund on deposits or changes. Bride paid balance and stated she would tip the driver that day. Wedding day arrived bride gave limo driver a difficult time and no tip was received and then consumer was complaining of no champagne, champagne was not offered this is traditionally done with the groom after the ceremony. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The owner of this company had made it overly clear that he just doesn't care. Since he doesn't care...arguing back with him is like beating a dead horse. He's just going to keep lieing and get more and more unprofessional. It's a waste of time and energy for me. I will NEVER accept the response from the company but I am done arguing w him and will continue to scare everyone away I know from this heartless mean person. The end. Final Business Response For 25 years Gray's Limo has provided service for countless customers and occasions, including weddings. We believe it is best not to engage in online disputes, but feel a response is necessary. Again, a typical wedding consists of driver picking up the wedding party, bringing them to the ceremony location, and finally the reception. Champagne, logically, comes after the ceremony during a toast often with the photographer. Customers may change their service requirements prior to the event, such as from a typical wedding package to a pick up and drop off only. The change may require less time to fulfill, but the attended agreed upon service has been completed. As for other allegations made, Grays Limousine asks that you weigh these comments against 25 years of service without such grievances. Perpetuity is part of our bill and drivers do have a 10 point checklist. On April 23, your wedding day, a 50 degree day, air conditioning and heat were working fine.Respectfully Gray's Limousine)

Desired SettlementIt cost me $600 for that day. They charged me $200 2 months ago for the downpayment to my debit account. I lost $300 for tickets I purchased for a Show in Boston. Gas cost me $30. parking cost me $50. tolls cost me $20 because we had to take 2 cars. Consumer's Final Response Hello, I have heard from grey's. They have refunded me for the missed night in Boston.
