I am rejecting this response because as I sated the matter was partially resolved. The business did not resolve all matters nor were they willing to. As I stated earlier, I accepted partial payment letting them know I was not happy with that and there were still
outstanding problems on my car that they were not willing to take care of. The business obviously isn't going to do the right thing, so there is no reason to pursue this further. However, their Revdex.com rating needs to reflect how they do business so future consumers do not get taken advantage of and their lives put in danger from bad work. They need to be aware of what type of business this is. As stated, the business isn't going to do anything more. I am not satisfied with the resolution so it is at a stalemate
