Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, as long as the business keeps its word. Mr. Jerod P[redacted], Showroom Manager of Green Art Plumbing,...
has promised to refund the $1100 due us, upon my rescinding the complaint. If I do not get restitution in a timely fashion, I will reissue the complaint. For now, I consider that the matter has been resolved. Thank you for the prompt attention of the Revdex.com.
Sincerely,

Review: Salesman ordered the wrong product (toilet/biscuit) for us and plumber installed it (June **). When I realized the mistake I checked my invoice and the wrong color was on it, but b/c we were moving and building a bathroom, I had not noticed. We discussed only white for this order since we are using carrera marble tiles, and we were clear that we wanted white. I called the salesman and he agreed that this was his error in ordering and that once the toilet was returned (unused as it was) the store would take it back and credit the full amount of purchase. Salesman agreed to take product back at full credit (on the phone June **). Salesman later called me (7/*??) to ask that he be allowed to charge the new product (toilet/white) on my credit card on morning of July * and the old one would be credited that afternoon. I agreed to charges of $600. Salesman proceeded to charge an unauthorized shower head to my card and $150 more on top of that charge, totally $915.18 on 7/*. I have never received an invoice or receipt for the $915.18 in charges, and know about it only b/c I check my credit card statement. I have called and discussed this issue for four days, several times a day, being told by the salesman and by the accounting office that a resolution was imminent; however, today I realized that the delays and excuses about people being in meetings or not on the premises were all lies and obfuscations when I caught them in one through a receptionist. I have notified VISA about the fraudulent $315 charge; my husband has notified [redacted] about the $1099.99 credit he is due. We would like the Revdex.com to address the issue of unacceptable customer service and shady credit card use with the company.Desired Settlement: Refund of $1414. Warning to other customers.
