I recently bought a vehicle from Green Bay autoI worked with ColtonHe was very helpful and honest with meI have less then perfect creditHe showed me the vehicle that worked best for my situationI was very happy with the vehicle and service!

They don't let you walk the lot, you are expected to sit and wait for them to pull a random vehicle up that they think is good for youMike S [redacted] (the sales person "helping me") was annoyed when I didn't want to test drive the vehicles he had pulled upAlthough I left with a vehicle, I felt somewhat bulliedThe vehicle I got had also had a minor defect that the Mike and the manager (Kevin) of the establishment said they would fixIt has now been roughly a month and I have been completely blown off and the issue was not resolvedI don't recommend anyone buy from these people, due to the high pressure sales tactics

First off, I have gotten my car at the Appleton location and had the greatest experience I could ever ask for! And purchased my car from them with no problems! They helped and answered questions and made it a great experience! So from there, we are currently looking to upgrade my fiancée vehicle,something bigger because we are expecting a 4th child(Keeping in mind with the great experience I had to the Appleton location.) so as of right now we are just searching our options and seeing what we likewe get to GB and the cars on the lot almost all have damage and/or rust issuesSo we find one that would potentially fit our family so we test drove itIt was filthy on the insideQuestions about the vehicle weren't answered correctly or the salesman didn't knowSo because we only liked one on the lot were wondering if there are other third row seating vehicles on the other lots, so we could check them
Out, salesman said no problem and went to talk to the manager to let us know what else is out thereSo he asks us to wait in the waiting area to talk to the managerFew mins later the salesman and the manager come out and lets just say manager is horrible with customer service! Rude, pushy, wouldn't help us out unless we "pulled the trigger" that very day, didn't give us any info on any other cars on other lots, horrible personalityAll we can say is, thanks for making up our mind on purchasing a vehicle, because it WILL NOT be at this lot/location! Get better people in there!
