[redacted] I hired them for snow removalThey hadn't serviced my driveway within hours of a snowfall as stated in our contractMy driveway had at least inches of snow, so I called Green BladeI was very polite, just asking when they would come outBecause we were in a blizzard at the time, they said they weren't servicing drivewaysI stated that there had been hours between snowfallsThe woman put me on hold and came back and said "no exceptions"I then got frustrated and she put me through to the owner, [redacted] He went above and beyond to be rude [redacted] He then refunded only a portion of my paymentHis company did not fulfill their end of the contract or even come out onceThankfully I have a great bank who reversed the remaining charge without any questions [redacted] Stay away!
