Green is the Color Lawn Care Inc.

Review: In the Spring of 2010 I consulted with Green is the Color Lawn Care Inc. for "Core Aeration" of my lawn to help promote better growth. At that time, the gentlemen I consulted with advised that this service be completed in the FALL as "Core Aerating" in the spring had a high likelihood of causing problems; such as increased incidence of crabgrass. So the agreement was made that the service would be completed in the FALL. The Fall of 2010 came and went without completion of the service from Green is the Color Lawn. At that time, I consulted a friend who completed the job for me. In the Spring of 2011, without any correspondence from Green is the Color Lawn Care Inc. I returned from a lengthy business trip to find my lawn core and aerated. I immediately called Green is the Color Lawn to advise of the error. I spoke with the receptionist who advised that I speak with the owner/manager. There was a difference of opinion and at that time I asked that they discontinue all services to my property, which they did not comply with. I called several times to discontinue service which continued against my requests. I am continuing to be billed for services that were both outside the terms of the initial agreement and not agreed upon.Desired Settlement: To bring this dispute to a resolution: The Core/Aeration services were agreed upon in April 2010 and completed April 2011, outside the terms of the initial agreement from April 2010. Although they were performed outside the terms of the agreement, I agree to pay the invoices from 3/**/11 and 3/**/11 The services from 5/**/11-9/**/11 were both not agreed upon and against my requests.

Mrs. [redacted] has sent us a check to cover most of the services rendered. I will agree to the desired settlement. Our requests for payments and statements sent went unanswered for 2 years. A simple response by mail or phone call would have resolved this issue long ago instead of involving the Revdex.com.
