Green Light Driving School

Green light driving was quick to take $200 last April from us. My son completed his classroom drivers ed instruction at that point and got his permit shortly thereafter. Since fall of 2014, my son, husband and myself have been calling to set up lessons. He still has not been out once! No one EVER answers the phone, calls are returned in an untimely manner, and no resolution has been offered. Ive been told they are not driving due to weather, the office is closed for days on end. I asked for a partial refund on March 4, he refused. I asked for my sons completion certificate, I am advised that will cost me an additional $25. I just want to cut ties, go elsewhere and get my son on the road. I gave them $200 for 1 week of classes. I have forked over enough money. He just took our deposit and we are stuck. It is unfair and terrible business.Desired SettlementI want my son's classroom completion certificate so that he may proceed and get his license.
