Review: The order placed on Dec. 26, 2015 with an expected delivery of 5 business days has not been received yet as of Jan. 13, 2016. Three attempts to contact the company directly has been met with no response. I have asked for the order to be canceled as of Jan. 7, 2016 since the products had be acquired elsewhere. No refund has been issued.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for products that where never received total amount $31.62.

Review: I had order a product called "Tracerz Scent Markers for Blind Dogs" on January 9, 2015. I had recieved an order confirmation email shortly after my purchase which stated that the estimated delivery was 5 business days. January 20th rolled around and I still hadn't received my item. I looked back at my order confirmation email and realized that I was not given a tracking number, so I went onto their website to see if I could find an order status link. Once found (all the way at the bottom of the site), I clicked on it and it kept taking me back to the homepage. Getting more and more frustrated, on January 21st, I called the number that was provided at the top of the website, and it went to voicemail. I left a message asking for the status of my order and never received a call back. I have called every day since then and have yet to recieve a phone call back, email, or my product.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $22.60 I spent on the "Tracerz Scent Markers for Blind Dogs."

Review: We ordered a product from Green Pets Meds and paid for it. The payment was processed through my husband's checking account on Feb 18th 2015. To date we have not received the item we ordered. The company does not call back when we leave a message and they have not responded to numerous emails on the customer service form on their website.Desired Settlement: We expect the product to be sent to our home address, which the company has - OR we want a full refund in the amount of $19.64 to be processed back to my husband's checking account.Susannah Steward

Review: On 1/20/2015 I placed an order on line for Cushex drops for my sick dog.The fee of $37.97 was charged to my credit card. After 10 days and not receiving my order I tried both by email and telephone to reach the company. No one every answers the phone, you have to leave a message and no one every calls you back. I left 4 voice messages and one email and never heard back. I went on their facebook page and complained explaining my situation and surprise I finally received a call on 2/6. I was advised the order was sent to the wrong address and was returned to them. He, [redacted] (cell####-###-####) advised on Monday, 2/9 he was send it out and email the tracking information. This was never received. On 2/12 and 2/13/2015 I again called him but he would not answer his phone so I left messages again. On their facebook page another person posted the exact same situation happened to them.Desired Settlement: At this point I want a refund of my money and this company being investigated for fraud since I am not the only one this happened to.
