Review: Signed over check to Green Rhino, they finished a roofing job and never came back to finishe the rest of the house.

On may 28th 2014 my husband signed a contract with Green Rhino to come fix some hail damage. At first they were very kind and came pretty quick to put a new roof on our house and shed. After they finished the house and shed Dave one of the owners said that we needed to sign out insurance check over to them so we did. My husband and I just purchased this house in February 14 and we had some work that we wanted to do on the house and I called Green Rhino and talked with them about making some changes to the house plans and they said "great we can do whatever you want" so that being said they were to be ordering some new siding.. After about 3 weeks I called them to see how things were going and they said that they were waiting for the siding/which they had to see if they could even get because it was aluminum.. I said ok that's fine just keep us in the loop. Another 2 weeks went by and I called again because they never called us back. They said that they could get the aluminum siding and that they were going to order it, it would take 2 weeks to get here.. Another 2 weeks went by and they never called so I called them back and by this time I was getting irritated and I told them that we did NOT want any other changes to the house beside what the insurance company is paying for. They said ok and that they needed to order the siding and it would take 2 wks for it to come in.. Another 3 weeks went buy and nothing so I call back and leave a message with Dave and he never calls back. My husband calls and Dave told him that he needed to order the siding and it would be here in 2weeks.. My husband calls 2 weeks after and Dave said that the siding isn't in and he will call. Then he tells my husband that they are in Reading Pa and are busy, well we signed a contract here in Danville Pa and have unfinished work. I tried to call them multiple times and he never called me back, so I called from my sisters phone and he answered and was very rude about doing the work. Dave has been dodging our calls, our gutters are leaking from the storm damage and allowing water to drain into our basement. It is now October 24th and Green Rhino was to be here this week finishing our house.. They never showed up and never called. I'm so frustrated and just want my money back from the work they never finished..Desired Settlement: We signed a check over to Green Rhino for 7,857.54. I have all the paper work for the work they did complete, everything thattheydid not complete I want my money back!!! We have a list that was generated from the insurance company that has all the prices!
