On June 30th we purchased a new right front tire on a Chrysler Town and countryWe left the tire shop went onto the interstate and about minutes in the tire blewWe called the place of business and they assured us they would make it right the next day it was after business hours at this pointThe next day we went back to the shop he tells us we can buy another new tireWe wouldn't because I didn't want to be sold another faulty productHe said the tire had to be sent back to his distributor for testing but within two weeks to expect our refundThe date is now Aug This gentleman has given us so many different excusesWe we're lucky to not have had an accident that dayAll we've wanted was our refund for faulty productThere were no puncture wounds in tire we didn't hit anything we were on the interstate
