Review: I feel I have been ripped off. I paid this company $240 cash for their "deep" clean but did not get anything close. The toilets were not cleaned on the inside.The floor cleaning they did was a joke. They left streaks all over the floors.Kitchen counters had streaks everywhere.Did not clean the microwave like they said they would.Did not start the self clean oven like they said they would.None of the sinks were cleaned.Exterior of the cabinets were not cleaned.We had 2 dog dishes in the kitchen. They didn't bother to pick them up and clean underneath of them! They cleaned around them! A professional cleaning company actually cleaned around the dog bowls!!! This is the deep clean I paid for?I asked her to come back. She said she's be there before noon. She did not show up. I called. No answer. I texted her and then she said it would be later in the evening. That would be too late. The new tenants were moving in. I asked if she could send the person that was with her. I even told her that I would help him get it cleaned. She did not respond after that.I have pictures to prove that she did a horrible job. I re-mopped half of one of the floors and the amount of dirt that came up was shocking. All she did was make mud on the floors and let it dry.All I am asking for is half of the money back. I paid for a deep clean and certainly did not get it. In fact I feel I did not get a basic cleaning but I'm willing to compromise.Desired Settlement: I am only asking for a partial refund of $120. She charged me $240 for her supposed "deep" cleaning. Her fee for a regular cleaning is $120. I do not think they deserve that but I am willing to compromise.
