Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The business does not care about their tenants It is a continual fight to get things fixed I would like a resolution of keeping up with maintenance issues I have lived on this property for over years every year I am promised that maintence will done on my apt They continually raise the rent but never fix things I need several things fixed New flooring, caulking done around the bathtubs Electrical outlets with emergency shut off This is safety hazardsMy apt has never been repainted since I moved inAir conditioning issues all the time It is fixed just long enough then it breaks down I now have to go up and shut a switch up in the ceiling to turn from heat to cold or cold to heat My husband has to do that all the time I cannot do it...That also needs to be fixed Also the mainance people are stealing items when tenants are gone I will not allow anyone in my apt unless I am home because of this[redacted] [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,
