If I could give Greenview Properties more stars I would! I lived at Chatman Square in Bayshore between Union and Saxon for 8 years! The best place to live, by far! I lived in two different townhouses within those 8 years. The first Townhouse 4 years, and the second for 4 years. Long Story, but I left the first one, and came back to the second one. I loved everything about the 2nd one because it was the first townhouse in Chatman Square when you pulled into the gated community. I had a garage, and a storage unit within the garage, beautiful windows on the walls facing Union Blvd. Enjoyed hearing the birds I fed periodically singing in the spring.. mourning doves before daylight. The townhouse has beautiful wood floors, that I only cleaned with only wood floor cleaner, My daughter and I had our own bedrooms, upstairs from the first floor I had the master. She had her own bathroom in the hall near her bedroom, I had my own bathroom in my room. The kitchen on the first floor had stainless steel appliances, a small laundry area within the kitchen. A half bathroom near the kitchen. Beautiful bay window in my livingroom, along with two windows. My dining room had two big windows as well. I had my own driveway, that was a plus. It was like living in a two floor house! Central air withing the entire townhouse as well! The landscaping was phenomenal. My neighbors and I became very good friends, whom I miss dearly! I owe it all to Jennifer Buzzeo and Christina Silva! Without their assistance I would never have moved back the second time! Jennifer the property Manager was phenomenal! Proficient, and professional. Kind, and most of all made my stay pleasant. Maintenance always there when you needed them! Christina who was my agent was professional, kind and always there when I needed to speak to her. Very proficient and professional. Without them, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to move back to Chatman square the second time. I loved living there! I miss living there, it was my home! My daughter misses being there as well. If I could I would still be there. If you are looking for all of the above, give them a call, see if they have any townhouses or apartments available. You won’t regret it. I regret having to leave. It’s a place we called home! 🏠 If I could gone them more stars I would.. in fact I will! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointed with this company. The realtor and manager are the worst. One of the units, was broken into. None of the other residents were notified, and when the manager was questioned about security, the manager Evette Matos , responded by reminding the resident, " you knew how bad the area was when you moved in..." , not addressing any of the resident's concerns. She's very condescending. She's a horrible apartment manager and should not be working in public service. They also will not respond to service requests, and frequently disclose your personal information to outside contractors, claiming that's it perfectly appropriate behavior. One of the units had a rock thrown at their window, saying that the damage would be coming out of that renters deposit, even though it wasn't the renters fault. Greenview also make threats and never follow through. The apartment manager can't even keep track of who lives where. The mailboxes are broken and we have had mail stolen. It has taken the 48 days to fix my air conditioning unit. There has been units and cars broken into, yet the company will not take the precautions to make the complex more secure. We also food black mold in our air conditioning unit. Had a roof leak that took them 2 months to attempt to fix. Upon moving out it was still leaking. Completely unprofessional RUDE. arrogant. Ignorant real estate agent CHRISTINA Sil va.

This company is a 3rd person party who found a way to post other PROPERTY owners properties so they can close a deal.
In the process. They scam people who actually want to rent.

1St they give you a story like

Qoute

CHRISTINA sil va.

"We need to run your credit score and if your scores are little low you just pay 1 extra month of security"

Now this is her baiting and assuring clients even if credit score dont meet the requirement. You can still get the apartment by paying 1 extra month of rent as security.

So now they post an apartment.
Show 40 people in. A month.

Run credit for all 40. Assuring all 40 people that they will get the apartment of they paid extra month in rent security.

So now as 3rd person party company who reposts PROPERTIES for rent.

They charge many people for that 75$ credit check fee.

Which they claim its non refundable.

Now ask yourself this question.

If CHRISTINA sil va didnt use assuring words to convince clients by picking words that manipulate someones feels or thought process

By telling them they can still get an apartment by paying extra 1 month rent security.

And then charge them $75 for a credit score checm fee. That costs $15 to do.
