as far as the complaint goes with this customer we have gone above and beyond from a rental car at no cost to the customer a ride to and from the dealership witch is a min ride each way and most customers will read before signing any paperwork (I know I would )and as far as war vets I have
plenty of family and friends that are war vets dealer commission has found no wrong doing and also for the record this customers car was repossessed

To whom it may concern,This email is in response to a complaint filed against us by *** ***Mr*** purchased a *** ** on May 26, Mr*** contacted us a few days after the purchase date informing us he had an intermittent service light on and the vehicle wasn't
running properlyWe immediately scheduled service appointment and the results were that the vehicle's engine oil was at 70%We were advised that this could cause an intermittent check engine lightSo the service shop added one quart of engine oilThe technician road tested the vehicle and did not discover any other underlying issuesThe service facility advised us to inform the customer that there are year open recalls that end in the year So we advised the customer of this information and that he should promptly schedule an appointment with the local *** dealershipMr*** was provided with the receipts of the service completed and the open recalls.In regards to Mr*** acquisition that we told him "it's a recall issue and to call a lawyer" then hung up the phoneThis is a and disheartening statementHere at Greenville Auto Sales we strive to give the best possible customer service before, during, and after each and every sale. This customer had a issue with leaving the car with us she would drop it off then call back within 2 hours saying they needed the vehicle not giving anyone a chance to look at any of there concerns at this time I believe this customer would not be happy no matter what the dealer...

did for them and also this car I believe has been repossessed by  the bank

[I dropped the truck off one time for about 10 hours and the truck wasn't touched, they said they put new ball joints on it yet a month later when I took it to the garage to be checked the ball joints were completely rotted and was told my truck  was not safe to be driven. Every other time I tried to make plans to drop the car off within that month I never received a call back. After putting over $1,000 into it and still being told it wasn't safe and that the transmission was slipping I called the bank because I refused to put any more money into a car that I shouldn't of been sold in the first place .]
