Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are sorry to hear of this complaint or any complaints that our clients and customers may haveThough complaints are uncommon we take them very seriously and work to address them right awayIn this case we have completely resolved the
situation and the customer will not be emailed further at allThis was actually resolved on 12/31/prior to the email notification from Revdex.com and has been double checked and verified by management of Greenway Funding Group IncThe customer in this complaint has previously opted in/consented for email updates and marketing from our company by providing us with his email address which is why he had received these emailsAs with any of our emails, a conspicuous “opt out” link is provided at the bottom of each email that allows the customer to opt out instantly from receiving any further emails from Greenway Funding Group Incas a wholeIn this case the customer had not clicked the opt out link, but instead replied to an automatic emailOur employee went into that campaign per his request and deleted him from the email distribution listUnfortunately this customer was also on one of our other friendly campaigns which sends out a simple birthday wish to customers on their birthdayThis birthday email is the “violation” the customer has referencedThe customer emailed our employee immediately upon receiving the happy birthday email and said he is going to report his email as harassment to Revdex.comOur employee apologized, found the additional birthday email campaign and deleted his name from thatIn a reply our employee made sure to point out the opt out link and advised again that would stop all emails instantly and that would be the best resolution to ensure no emails from any avenue are delivered but that he had deleted him from the email campaignIn either case all emails and campaigns are and have ceased since 12/31/when we were emailed by the customer on the 12/31/referencing his dislike for the birthday wish emailWe do not wish any emotional distress for our customers and in the case of our birthday well wishes, our intent is just the oppositeWe have stopped all emails to this customer, apologized for the unwanted emails and wish him well Thank you for your understanding, Greenway Management Tell us why here

Greenway is accusing me that I have opted in and that I have consented to the harrassmentI have not consent to any emails from them nor did they make it intuitive to knowI have opted oit the email chainvia their unsubcribe link over a dozen times but I still receivethe annoying and harrasing emails from Mr Danny K*Greenway have a verybad business practice that they need to improve onIt's pretty sad that this company that has access to people's personal data can treat people badlyWhat Greenway Group or MrDanny K* need to do is stop trying to find excuses but rather apologize and to never harrass people that they come into contact with.want to point the finger to me Greenway need to accept that they are wrong and don't do itanymore.

I just want to share my experience with Greenway Home Loans. My agent was Jodi S[redacted]. She was wonderful to work with. She kept me abreast of all events surrounding my home loan process. Everything she stated came to pass, meaning, my quoted interest rate, my total mortgage payment and closing cost. Actually, my closing cost came in a little less than quoted. Id like to comment on my experience at Greenway Funding , in todays business world its such a pleasure to find someone thats informative and very pleasant to work with. Jodi S[redacted] is the sweetest young lady ive ever had the pleasure to talk with. Everything she said came true and she was there at every turn of the process.
