This person has never contacted the company for an exchange.  I did read on a couple websites where she claims to contact Scott S[redacted] and not the company direct.  We would gladly replace any unsatisfactory product.  Call [redacted]

this customer when purchased the product was given a receipt that was signed with our acceptance policy and Buyers rights to cancel. This is a home solicitation and if you do not want the goods or services you may cancel the agreement by providing written notice to the seller in person, by telegram,or by mail within 3 day, and returning unused, the entire product in reusable condition.  This written notice must indicate that you do not want the goods or services and must be postmarked before the seventy-two hour hours after you sign the agreement.  if you sing this agreement the seller may not keep all or any part of any cash down payment if the product is returned reusable.    
The customer was also provided with our guarantee policy which states that all of our product is backed with a full 180 day guarantee for taste, tenderness, and against freezer-burn.  should you become dissatisfied with our product with our products quality, we will gladly replace any unconsumed portions. 
We have never received any notice of a complaint until this Revdex.com complaint.  So what grillerschoice is willing to do is pick up unused product and replace piece for piece with brand new product.  grillers choice can be contacted directly at 1-855-877-7664.
