Bonita Auto Center refused to pay for second tow of my car necessary to replace the faulty starter they installed
Bonita Auto installed a replacement starter on my *** X3, the week of 11/5/I paid $on my credit card for the starter/intake manifold/laborInvoice #***( the total amount was larger due to the replacement of a windshield wiper motor and hood cables ) The day I picked up the car from Bonita Auto after they replaced the starter it would not startI contacted Bonita Auto and they paid to tow it back stating they would diagnose the starterThey called me and said it was okI picked the car up again from Bonita AutoI left FL and returned on 12/6/and the car would not startI contacted them a second time and told them the car would not start but they would not pay to have the car towed back to Bonita Auto for repair/replacement of the starter stating it was not their responsibility to pay for the towSince Bonita Auto was not willing to help me afte

January 29,2015 I dropped my dog off to be groomed.When I returned to pick her up she was dead.They gave me no answers. They are unprofessional and cold.They have done nothing but lie to us. Several people have told us this is not the first time. They need to be shut down. Desired SettlementCompensation for my dog as well as pain and suffering for my family.
