Dear Revdex.com & Mr. [redacted],
12.8000001907349px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">We have received your letter requesting more information regarding Reference Number 10749106.
A couple of months ago we requested the Delinquent Tax List from Grand County in Colorado. A member from the County pointed us to a list on their website. Since we asked for the Delinquent Tax List, we took the list they provided to be the Delinquent Tax List. It was not the Delinquent Tax List, but in fact, the Tax Roll for the entire County.
By the time we realized the mistake, a small batch of mailing had already gone out under the understanding it was tax delinquent property. The rest of the mailing was stopped immediately once we were aware of the error. The people that received a letter, contacted us, and allowed us to explain, have been very understand about the matter.
There was no money or assets exchanged from that mailing. It was an honest mistake. We sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] for any inconvenience. We assure you that this was not a scam nor have we ever scammed anybody.
Also the letter states that we talked to someone, we assume Mr. [redacted], but to our knowledge have not talked to him.
We do direct mailing from Delinquent Tax List, because there are people on there that simply do not want their property. We want to buy property from people that no longer view their property as an asset, but view their property as a hinderance to them. Theses people are happy to sell and the County is usually happy because they get their backed taxes paid off.
To our knowledge, we have answered all aspects of the Request Letter. If any further clarification is needed, please let us know.
Again we are sincerely sorry and it was an honest mistake.  Thanks for your time.

Review: I received a letter from Ground Boom LLC In the form of a purchase agreement that reads THIS IS AN OFFER FOR YOUR PROPERTY THAT OWES BACK TAXES.They give a partial Legal Decription and offer $7,382. They offer to pay the cost of completing the transaction including outstanding property taxes within reason and they say-every effort will be made to close by July 27 2015. The taxes are payed and upon contacting the courthouse they informed me they had got several complaints like mine and that it was a scam and ask me to make a complaint to colo atty general which I did and they told me to send it to you. The Grand county courthouse people in [redacted] colo said they had also made a complentDesired Settlement: No further contact And do whatever you do to scamer if that is what they are.
