Complaint[redacted], owner of this business, brought a crew to my house on [redacted] 2015 to clean out brush from my back yard, throw down some mulch, do some plantings and assemble a raised bed. The agreed upon cost was [redacted] After they finished, I noted that the brush in the back was not fully cleaned out and one of the brackets on the raised bed was broken and needed to be replaced. It came broken and he agreed to return to change out the broken bracket when the new one arrived. He inspected the back yard and agreed the brush had not been completely cleared but was essentially cleared. We agreed that I would pay him and he would return as soon as the part came in. He cashed the check immediately and has not returned any phone calls, e-mails or texts since.I texted him on [redacted] 2015 to let him know that the bracket was here and asked him to return and finish the work. I have texted him 8 times since. I have called him 14x since [redacted] 2015 at the cell phone number he gave me (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and it goes to voicemail and says to send him a text.
