I had signed up for automatic refill and delivery of my prescription with Grubb's While they have made many mistakes, this last incident was inexcusable I returned from business travel to find that my prescription had not be filled and delivered on time I called Grubb's immediately, but at this point, it was one day before I needed the medication They did not have the generic medication in stock (the one that I was scheduled to get by auto refill) so their only solution was to dispense the brand and charge me 40-times more for the brand I tried to get them to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, but they failed to transfer the prescription before closing for the day and leaving me no option but to pay for the brand medicine They tried to blame me for the error, saying that medicines that are needed in a timely and regular manner shouldn't be scheduled via auto-refill This makes no sense - a medicine that is needed in a timely and regular manner is exactly the typ
On March 14, 2016, I had an Dermatology Appointment at the *** *** *** *** to see a Dermatologist (Dr*** ***)Dr*** prescribed two Prescriptions (one for my "left ear and the 2nd prescription was a Compound for the dark spots on my Face."
I took the prescriptions to Grubbs Pharmacy on the same day March 14, Grubbs filled the prescription for my "ear." However, As of this day - March 24, 2016, Grubbs can't find my prescription for the "Compound!" The "compound Specialist," MrRon T*** has been "pulling my leg" since March 14, 2016, concerning why he couldn't fill the "Compound Prescription!" Today, March 25th, I told him that I was "fed up" with lies and, I wanted to know what happen to the "Compound" prescription! He repeatedly told me that he place it in the Grubbs prescription drawer but, it disappeared!
