I dispute the response from Lakesha St*** completely I shall stick to the facts in this caseI can name specific dates and can provide evidence of my communications with Lakesha St*** to prove everything I say In reply to point *** Jan I sent a message to her to advise that I had a new surgery buddy and that officially Eric would not be coming with me, prior to that I informed her I was not sure due to his health conditions*** Jan I contacted ** *** and enquired for new pictures of her Dominican house as the previous photos she was using had been removedIt was at this time she sent me a reply stating she has bad news about the houseAt no point before my request did she message me to say otherwiseI have evidence of thisShe then advised me I should wait til the *** (which was a Friday) as she was looking for a new location and she hoped to have firm information by this date(See Evidence 1) On the 20th Jan I observed that new pictures of an apartment were on her websiteThis had me very confused as she stated she was looking for a new location and she had not secured one as yetI thought as new photos were on her website ** *** would then contact me to advise she had indeed secured a new homeThe buddy, who initially agreed to go with me, was not happy with ** *** excuse for changing homes, so decided she wants nothing to do with itAs ** *** did not get back to me, I waited til the *** and messaged her again (See Evidence 2)This is when she confirmed this new home At no point in any communication she stated the ‘fais a gift’And there is nowhere on my quotation next to the fadoes it say GIFTWhat it does say is INCLUDED in my price which I paid in full You already have a copy of my final quote and I will attach a copy of the communication with ** *** to prove what she said in her point is a BLATANT LIE and is herself attempting to manipulate the truth In reply to point ** *** was at the recovery house, on the *** March, first day after my surgery She went shopping to the supermarket on this evening before Good FridayI was there when her driver warned her that shops will be close for daysIn Dominican Republic you cannot drink tap water, as it can be dangerous especially for someone just out of surgeryIt was her job to make sure that the supposed luxury recovery house had enough clean water and supplies for this long holiday weekendHowever, she did purchase flavoured water for herself but not for the post surgery clients she was paid to look after If ** *** was organised or even had an ounce of empathy she would have ensured she purchased enough supplies for her recovery business houseShe did not provide meal plan prior to my arrival, ** *** nor did her staff ever advise me prior to travelling to Dominican Republic to bring my personal preferences with meLet her provide her evidence to prove this Once in Dominican Republic, I did tell her after days, I could not eat any more rice, tinned vegetables or frozen meat or foods high in sodiumI requested she provided fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, a basic necessity for any recovery houseWe paid for high standard services, it was to expect fresh food and not to be fed tinned and frozen food every day for patients coming out of surgery In reply to Point I called *** *** incompetent and unprofessional in response to her business practiceIncompetent because she failed in providing high quality services, neither a luxurious place as she advertised and promised us Incompetent because the recovery house she rented ran out of toilet paper, water and a healthy meal planThose are essentials for any recovery house, especially one that is being paid to look after me after I have had surgery Incompetent as I paid for a cosmikit (surgery recovery kit) and when I got the kit we found it was missing items Incompetent because she knew she was providing my stage faja, I gave her my measurements and that we will know my final size after my surgery, to which she agreedIf she was competent she would have brought different size faja, instead ** *** decided to only bring fajas hoping would fit meThose sizes were extra large, large and mediumI needed a small or xsmallBecause she did not bring the correct size my Surgeon had to warn me that having the wrong size would jeopardise my resultsThis meant I had to urgently purchase one Unprofessional because when I complained to ** *** in the appropriate manner, ** *** chose not to reply and resolve the situation whilst I was in her recovery houseInstead ** *** waited for me to leave her recovery house to then reply to my online review by calling me “ungrateful, unappreciative and stating I’m a very miserable excuse for a woman”I should be grateful for not having clean water to drink or toilet paper; I should be appreciative that her only member of staff left me alone in her recovery home to fend for myselfAnd I should not be unhappy about my experience Her statement about me was personal and is in no way professional or an appropriate way to address a client or reply to a complaint that was sent properly Unprofessional because she also promised that a nursing staff would be with me at all my Doctor’s appointment, but because she did not hire enough staff it had to be ** *** herself (not a qualified nursing staff) that dropped me at my Doctor’s office and abandoned me there because she wanted to catch her flight to New York on Good Friday as she had no one elseThis is unprofessional by any standardI paid for a faas per my quotation and it was never suppliedIf she indeed felt my fawas a gift, she should have told me so on the *** March (see Evidence 3) and if she knew she would not be sending anything to me, then her text messaging with me was misleading and a VERY DECEITFUL actHowever, I do not recall calling her dishonest publicallyWhat I wrote was “** ** *** ** ** *** ** ** *** ** *** * *** *** ***” However, if I did call ** *** Dishonest publically, then as you can see from my evidence it is the truthAfter Ms S*** only staff member left me alone in her recovery house to fend for myself because again we ran out of supplies on the *** March, I sent another message to state how disappointed I was** *** ignored meIt was at this point I decided nothing was getting better but worse so I emailed her my complaint and updated my review with the things that were happening for example: no water or toilet paper and poor food qualityIt is at this time, I believe ** *** decided my fawas a gift and would not be fulfilling her obligation to meThis is not acceptableAnd to make matters worse, she did not even communicate this to me Yes, I posted it on Instagram (username: ***) and *** (username: ***)These are the places I was blogging my surgery journeyUnlike what ** *** would like people to believe, I did not open Hate page just for CosmicareI was blogging about my surgery, my research and experiences months before arriving at Cosmicare’s apartment I was actually praising ** *** and her team on both because of my initial interaction with her I advised people including my friends to go to her for quotes and to stay at her recovery homeI only removed my surgery pictures from the *** account when people were more interested in my review than my actually surgerySome women had got in touch with me to advise they were waiting for my review as there were only a handful and they were only about the Miami location not the Dominican Republic location In good conscience, during and after my experience, I advised people to make up their own mind after they read my reviewI ensured I was not personal about ** *** but I based my review on facts and how she managed her business, I also added, if I could do over I wouldn’t goAlso, how would I know Ms S*** clients, if I didn’t point them in her direction in the first placeI am not psychic If my experience was a good one, I would have updated my review praising ** *** and her companyUnfortunately it was not In reply to point Maybe in the US language “* ** *** ** *** *** ***” is a sentence to say to someone “* ** *** ** *** *** *** ***”, but, in the British language, “* ** *** ** *** *** ***” is an offensive and an aggressive statementAnd I perceived it as a threatBut is this how a professional business woman should be responding to a client that is not happy with her services? I think not In reply to point The house ** *** rented did not have access to the internet for around hours at a time, Whilst at the house there was an emergency where her only staff could not get in touch with her and her client was very ill and needed to go to hospitalI sent her a message on behalf of her staff to advise of the emergency as well as keep in touch with my husbandMs S*** staff during consultation in advised the internet access would be high speed and there wouldn’t be issues with itUnfortunately there were problems which ** *** was fully aware off before she flew to New YorkBecause as it appeared I was one of her first clients the only way to access free online services like online text messaging to contact her and my husband was to use my mobile networkHer staff also had no access to ** *** without internet either as I was the one sending ** *** messages to advise her to contact her staffI was doing it to be of assistance and to inform my husband I was safe and well and keeping him informed of my progress ** *** provided the wrong size fajaI messaged her on the *** March informing her that I would not be accepting the size mediumShe replied on the *** March and agreed to supply with a smaller size (See Evidence 3)On the *** March ** *** informed me my order had been placed and she would send me my new faas soon as she received itWhich meant it would be with me before I left her recovery house in days (See Evidence 4)At no point during this communication did ** *** deny my claim for the faja, nor did she advise me, the fawas a gift and she would not be sending itAlso, when ** *** decided to respond to my review, she stated herself she promised to provide me with my fa(See *** *) evidence you already hold) but decided not toBecause she did not like what she read about her business practice does not mean she does not have to follow through ** *** continues to make attempts to disparage my integrity and character with her claims to youHaving to go through this process is very disappointing and quite upsettingIn all my communication to ** *** I have always been open to compromise but it seems ** *** is not a reasonable personAs this is the case, I insist on an apology from ** *** and I am adamant ** *** compensate me for what I have claimed for

In response to this claim:COSMICARE fulfilled our said services to this customerShe has made accusations and manipulated the truth in her claim in a few areasHer husband cancelled his reservation with us months prior to her request for a refund due to the location change
Her "surgery buddy" was the replacement for her husband, who never actually made a deposit to secure a reservation with usFuthermore, she did not contact me about the location change because she "noticed the images were removed from our site", I contacted her to inform her of the changeI never declined her refund and would have given her a refund if she felt as though she no longer wanted to stay with usHowever, SHE DECIDED she was happy with the compensation for the inconvenienceHer and her husband purchased a Buy One, Get One Half Off PackageFor the inconvenience of changing location, I honored her promotional rate as a single person, and gave her a Faas a giftShe was very well aware of these termsThe House ran out of drinking water and toilet paper due to the Easter Holiday and the city of Santo Domingo shut downNo stores were open for us to purchase items, and we were unaware of thisI apologized to her and we definitely were at the store when they re-openedIn regards to the food, we follow a meal planWe do not take food ordersThe patient wanted food prepared in a certain manner, with certain ingredients, etcWe inform all customers to bring their PERSONAL PREFRENCES with them, and this was the case for herThis woman has called me INCOMPENTENT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONESTYet, she claims she did not resort to name calling? She has tried to destroy my business via social media and contacting my patients via direct messagingShe has created a Hate Page on Instagram totally dedicated to COSMICAREI believe she has become obsessed with me and my businessSimply because, she knows I have done everything to make her happyI have threatened her"* ** *** ** *** *** ***" means I am about to tell you about yourselfNot physically cut youI will not be giving her anythingI gave her a faand she declined itThe purchase she made for her stage fais her responsibilityHer internet cost are also her responsibilityAn Apology.... Absolutely Not!
