I am sorry that GSF was unable to fit the applicant's credit situation into a loan program with GSF or an investor. I was earnestly trying to work with the applicant and get approval for a mortgage loan, but this did not occur. However, none of my actions
were predatory - including the ordering of the appraisal. I was confident that the applicant was going to fit into the parameters of the one loan program when I ordered the appraisal. However, in the interest of providing satisfaction, GSF will refund the $appraisal fee for this unique situation
