Review: We had put our $5 dollars in the pay box but that was of no help for this particular parking lot. You cannot prove you put anything in the Box because there is no receipt. My wife and I were very careful to put it in the right slot and folded it and used the key to shove the $5 all the way into the box.It boils down to our word against theirs. We called the number on the sticker they stuck to our window and of course there is a $100 boot removal fee.The way they work this is almost like being bullied at school.One guy shows up demanding his $100 saying he has pictures showing we didnt pay which is supposed to proof no one took it out of the box prior to taking the picture.As he is explaining that we need to pay up or else the tow truck shows up and they are saying that if the tow truck gets involved the fee goes from $100 to over $300 dollars.Desired Settlement: Not to have anyone else bit by this operation.If they are not going to give a receipt when you put your money in they need a better system to prove you put your money in or not.
