titlevehicles. The following day on February 17th I got a phone call from [redacted] s mechanic named [redacted] Heexplained to me that the car was acting strange and pulling weird and that something needed to bedoneI asked why she wasn't calling herself and he said because she is at work and doesn't have thetime and since he was the one who advised her in buying the car he was helping her out with getting theissue resolvedI had [redacted] in the office a while later with the car and proceeded to explain to me whatthe problem was againHe had a couple of diagnostic receipts from [redacted] and gave them to me andsaid the problem was the fuel pumpNEVER did [ speak with [redacted] that dayIn fact, I usually spoke to [redacted] any time we ever had a complaint because [redacted] would rather him speak for herThe car also~ was NOT brought here in a tow truck as she states in her complaint letterShe also states in hercomplaint that "she was told NO about borrowing a car from the lot until hers got fixed and she had tocatch the bus back home with her kids," Like [redacted] stated earlier, she NEVER spoke to me that day on thephone let alone came into the officeAnd she was definitely NOT here that day nor was her kids or wassent home on a busRegardless, we had [redacted] leave the car and I told him once I got word from amechanic I would ca ll him in regards to what the problem wasHe was fine with that and left."That afternoon \ tried calling [redacted] to explain that the fuel pump needed to be replaced, whichobviously she knew alreadyBut again, I couldn't get in actual contact with her so I called [redacted] again.Since I had already dealt with him I went ahead and explained it would cost over $I asked him if [redacted] would pay for it since the fuel pump is not part of the motor or transmission and he said no thatthis should be paid for by usr contacted my boss and he said OK, we will pay for it but we cancel herwarranty, as the fuel pump wasn't part of it [redacted] spoke with [redacted] and they agreed on thisThemechanic went ahead and did the work and we picked up the car that same after noonMy receiptstates $for fuel pump and $for labor for a total amount of $That's what was paid for at themechanic shopcalled [redacted] to let him know the car was ready and we agreed on [redacted] signing anew contract that stated the warranty was cancelled and that the fuel pump was replacedWhen heshowed up to my office to pick up the car [redacted] was nowhereApparently she wasn't off work and sentKhaled to pick up the vehicleHe gave his word that [redacted] would be in the office the following day tosign the new contract as we had agreed but she never did.About a week or so later on February 2In [redacted] and [redacted] showed up to the lot with the car again andhad another diagnostic receipt from [redacted] ***This one stated the oxygen sensors were badAgain, she wanted us to replace themMy boss wasn't too happy as he told her that these things go out onany given day when it comes to a used car, but he agreed to buy them and replace them at his costbecause our concern was having her leave the lot as a happy customerHer and [redacted] left and weordered the sensors and took the car again to the mechanic where he went ahead and replaced those [redacted] charged $for the sensors and the mechanic charged $for installation, both which 1do have receipts for alsoAgain, we called her when that was done to let her know to pick up her car.She wasn't too happy about signing a new contract but she agreedI never once said I WOUldn't give herkeys to the car if she didn't signI am aware that there was nothing can do had she not signed thecontract anywayIt would just be our word against hers pretty muchThe contract stated the date thecar was picked up and the extra work that had been paid for, and of course, voiding the originalwarranty[redacted] contacted me again a little over a week after that day_ She wasn't nice; she was very upsetalleging that we never did any of the work we had said we wouldHowever, she never mentioned anyincident on the freeway about her car turning off or how her kids and she almost got into an accident. She was just really upset saying the car was in bad condition and that she wanted her money back or shewould take us to courtI told her that wasn't possible as we don't give money back and we also hadcomplied with her and done what she had asked in regards to the vehicleI told her she was welcometo pick up the receipt I had in regards to the fuel pump and she said she didn't have timeShe did, however, take down the mechanics number and called and went to his shop and complained aboutwhat was or wasn't done to the carAs I heard, she wasn't very pleasant or nice. She insisted on calling me in the office and calling my boss on his cell phone and complain about thesame thing over and over; and not in the nicest of all attitudesAt times she either didn't catch me inthe office (as I am in and out sometimes) or I was on another call when she calledNever did I block hernumber from my phone in order for her to keep contacting usIn fact, I don't even know how to do thatblocking thingBesides that, there was really not much I can tell her after she was upset anywayAs faras mv boss' cell phone, I don't blame him for not taking her call every time she called when all she didwas cuss and be rude with threats of taking us to courtAt the end, the last time I spoke to her I don'tremember being rude to her but I did say if she felt the issue was so big on her part to have to take us tocourt then by all means do as she thought was necessaryI haven't heard from [redacted] since until nowthrough the Revdex.com in the complaint letter dated April 8th.On our behalf I would like to state that we have been in business since and we have never hadthreats of a customer taking us to courtAs we also have never had a complaint coming from the Revdex.com.We also feel we don't owe [redacted] anythingWe did what we believe was fair on our part inregards to the vehicle purchase and tried our best to keep a happy customerAnd we do regret it didn'tgo that way but we do believe we tried our best.??

First of all, there is no possible way I can give someone an illegal emissionsI don't have that power or the machinery that is used at the Department of Transportation emissions locationsAnd secondly, there is also no way (at least that I know of) that I am able to block someone from calling my office phone I have never gone to such extent as to try and call the phone company to have them tell me how to do that,if possibleI have no reason to. *** was told about the car being a restored salvage the day she bought itIn fact,it is stamped on the contractIn regards, again,to the fuel pump and oxygen sensor I have both of those receipts for parts and for laborWhen *** called me about the fuel pump the first time I told her to come to my office and pick up the receipt for herself. And she chose to "not have time" and proceeded to ask me for the mechanics number onlyShe called him and from what he said she wasn't very nice. The accident she speaks of I didn't hear about until I got contacted from Revdex.comShe never calledNot even from a friend's phone as she states in her complaint. I don't quite understand what she means when she says "that she did business with the husband and wife and then the daughter comes out of nowhere telling me all these lies." I work hereI have worked here since but I do not work on SundaysAnd that's when she came in originally, on a Sunday

Thats not what happen I don't accept it I purchased a car from a bad business they sold me a lemon. Not only that thay also lied about everything about the car from the salvage title to the illegal emissions they had done on it. I almost had a bad car accident on the freeway because they lied about replacin the fuel pump an the 02 sensors. The day I was stuck on the freeway for hours after my car quit on me I tried calling them. They never answered my call they blocked my number. So I used someone else phone seconds after I tried calling off of my phone they answered it.I told them that I needed the receipt to prove that my pump was brand new to go purchase another since the pump went out before the 30 day warranty all I wanted to do was return it an get another one but they refuses to give me the reciept becauae they knew it wasnt new. Ive never been treated soo poorly this company did me sooo wrong I never got rude with them I couldnt even contact them becauae they never answered my phone calls. I did business with the husband an the wife an then the daughter comes out of nowhere telling me all these lies she even made me sign another contract when I didnt do busines with her. This business should be closed down their doing business the wrong way.
