Review: well they first took out $88.99 out of my debit card and then took out an additional 31.01 which is $120.00 well they send me a page to verified who I am well the questions they ask was from my past which I forgotten where I rented at and whom owned the rental properties which I didn't know, so they turn me down they told me I would get a refund of all my money back on my debit card well they put the 31.01 but they didn't returned my $88.99 back I have called and called they failed to return any of my calls and every time I call I get their answer service which says leave a message which I have still haven't gotten no response yet I feel like they're ignoring me. All I want is my money back like Victor told me would be done but nothing and it's been over 3 weeks now. ###-###-#### extension is [redacted] and the other number they gave me is ###-###-#### I have call and call and they won't answer it's like they're ignoring my calls it makes me feel like they're stealing my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money put back onto my debit card that they have on file.

I want my money back that I paid. The $340.00. Plus I want other people to know what kind of place this is so they don't have to go through what I have. I was to start work online in Aug. and lost out on a lot of money that would of helped me out on my bills since i'm on disability. I have emails where I tried to find out what was going in but no reply from them. That's not even all the calls I made to them as well.

Review: My main complaint is not receiving the laptop that I financed throught this company after 3 months of waiting. When trying to contact said company I can never get them to answer I have left several voice messages, with not response.Desired Settlement: I would just like my contract to be voided and I refund of what I have already paid.

Review: On May 8th 2013 I contacted Garanteed Computer Credit to buy a new pc..... Talked to a representative named [redacted]. I aksed How much and what specs of the product was, He stated 120 dollars a month for 12 months and deliver would be in 4-6 weeks..... I started and completed the contract on May 8th 2013. On June 15th 2013 I sent an email asking when My shipment would be they stated on July 9th 2013 and would receive a tracking number for Fed Ex Since june 15th I have been calling them and sending emails asking question and noone has called me or answers the phone or send emails back only computer generated messages stating someone will contact me shortly..... they have taken 240 dollars and another 120 is almost ready to be taken out of my cheking accountDesired Settlement: I think this buisness should respond to emails or give call backs ..... all I want is the merchandise I ordered and on their terms I would finish paying on my end.... I did not stop payments yet.... I would like to hear from a live person and not get a recording or computer gerated thank you message
