I am currently a resident of Pennsylvania and planning to move to North CarolinaI searched for a home to rent online through Realtors.com and found a listing at *** Pearl St Fayetteville, NC XXXXX through an agency called ALOHA RENTALS Incand a agent named, DONALD ***I set up a time to meet with him and drove the miles to look over the place and fill out a rental applicationHe took my credit card number down to pay $for the rental application for my wife and I, he did not want to accept a check because he stated he would be able to get the deposit this way also, I was left with no other choice if I wanted the placeTwo days later, on my way home he called and said we have the place and he just need a deposit and a signed lease, I told him I would take care of that the next day when I got homeHe sent the lease via email and my wife and I signed the lease/contract and sent that back with a check for the deposit to an address that is slightly different then his busi
