Review: While the refund amount is small, the stunningly inept and dishonest customer service is the reason why I am filing a complaint. On approximately Nov 22, 2015 I called customer service regarding a refund I was due. I was told it would be processed and to please give it some time. When I had not received the refund I called on Dec. 15th and spoke to a thickly accented woman, and after being put on hold for some time, was told "Friday, Friday." I assumed this meant I would receive it by Friday, Dec. 18th. When I did not receive the refund I called on Dec. 23rd and was now told, by a thickly accented man, after being put on hold extensively, that the refund was never processed, and he would process it now. And to please give it two weeks. When I did not receive the refund, I called on Jan. 7th, and was now told by a thickly accented woman, after being put on hold, that refunds take 30 days, not two weeks. After still no refund, I called on Jan. 22nd, and was told by a thickly accented man named [redacted], who put me on hold, that it takes 30 days plus 2-4 business days to process. After still no refund, I called on January 29th and, after being put on hold, was told by a thickly accented man, named [redacted], that my refund was never processed and he would now have to process it. At this point, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was given, [redacted], an "escalation specialist," who was rather rude. He said he would have to look into the matter and call me back. I told him of my saga of the refund, and that if he didn't call me back I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. He did call me back that afteron, and told me that my refund check was mailed, but that he was leaving that day around 2:15 and the banking department was closed. He said he would email me on Monday, Feb. 1st with when the check was mailed. I never received an email from him or the check, so I called that afternoon and was told by a thickly accented man that [redacted] would call me. No call, email or refund yet!!!!!Desired Settlement: Please just send me my refund!
