Lance, the manager, contacted me last week to address the issues I'd had with the serviceBoth Lance and Robert, my service technician, met with me at poolside and politely & carefully listened as I explained the situation and my issues I won't go into detail but I will say that I'm extremely satisfied with the resolution they came up with and their attention to the details regarding my concernsI look forward to having them service my pool far into the future!

Mt weekly technician, Horace, always communicates with me about what is going on with the pool and is always quick to respond to my requestsIt has been over five years now and not once have I had any surprises on our billI have recommended Guardian to many and will continue to do so
I have come to know Guardian Pools as a trustworthy and dependable company. They totally replaced our filter system ( pump, filter, skimmer and heater) in 2012 and have been servicing our pool weekly every since. They show up when they are supposed to and always do a thorough job. Communicating with [redacted], the manager, is easy and the way he follows up on things is outstanding. He runs a tight ship.
