My experience with their mold remediation capabilities is dismal at best
I Contracted with them Feb to remediate a mold issue I had on my yacht (which is my winter home) caused by water intrusion during IrmaIt took them longer than planned, and caused logistical difficulties and expenseWhen they let me aboard, the job was, even by their admission, sub parThey took an additional two weeks, and the finished job was still inexcusably poorI have over photos which document thisI refuse to pay them their final payment and they have threatened suit
Hired to do work per an insurance claimProperty was damaged by GuardianFinal bill disputeI have documentation (email and photo)
This is the last email sent to Guardian:
I want to let you know that I have reviewed the final bill that you sent to meI am not in agreement with the numbersI am attaching the credit information that Dan provided with the numbers that the insurance company is paying for the same items along with the items that are missing from Dan's listAlso, there are other items that need to be addressed, the carpet and the credit of $that Chris said he would give us if I gave Guardian Restoration the opportunity to finish the project which I did
As you can see from the attached information that Dan provided regarding the credit The items listed under kitchen total $1,per the insurance company plus the Supply lines ($80.27) that Dan did not list on his credit The bathroom items total $plus $10,that Dan missed for the installation
Had some major problem with a mold issue in my house went through Gardian restoration my first experience with major constructionI was assigned Jake Aas my project manager he was very knowledgeable and made sure all the contractors stayed on task and rechecked all three workJake gave me a deadline and went way out of his way to assure it was completedMy home is back to thank you so much Jake will highly recommend your company
Unfortunate experience with water damage to my home but a great experience with guardian restoration and BradMy home was repaired with excellent detail and professionalismThey're All Pro when it comes to restorationI'm extremely lucky that I chose this companyI would highly recommend guardian restoration!

I am so happy to be DONE with Guardian Restoration What a nightmare! It took months to restore two bathrooms
