Review: I have been with Guardian storage for ten years. It has been only recently that our payments have not been consistent. Is received a phone call from Bonnie last Friday, January 22,2016 informing me that I need to produce $1000 cash by this Friday, January 29, 2016 or the Guardian manager would file papers with the local magistrate. I have tried with my husband to secure a loan, all to no avail. We ar overextended and the income is too low. I asked to make monthly installment amounts but Bonnie rejected that offer. I do not know what to do. We are senior citizens on aa fixed income. We just don't have the $1000. Not to mention madgistrete court costs. My husband will be having surgery shortly (beginning February) and I do not drive anymore. I have the beginnings of Parkinson's disease.Desired Settlement: I would like to avoid magistrate court costs and be permitted to make monthly payments toward the balance. And recover our property in the unit. I would agree to pay cash or money order or even have the amount automatically deducted from our checking account. Please intercede immediately and keep me apprised of your actions. Also I would want to terminate the contract.

In view of the information you provided from Guardian I stipulated in my complaint that we neither have the $1000 nor are we able to take a loan out. We tried to get a loan but was turned down. We are willing to pay the $1000. Our good faith payments of a monthly negotiated amount deducted from our account is all we can do. We do not have a $1000 ready cash. At the time Guardian proposed the $1000 I thought we could get a loan. But all to no avail as we have been turned down by several lenders. Please intercede on our behalf and offer the company the monthly payment option I proposed above. Thank you.
