Good Morning I would like to thank you for your quick response in my complaint. I contacted the company Guiding Light , after I filed the complaint to let them know that I...
had filed. I received and email from the company saying that they did not take my money, well my money is back in my account and their response to me was that if I did not have [redacted] mail , I would have received all of their messages . They claim to have sent me messages for the past two weeks (not true) they claimed that they must have been sent to my spam, also (not true) I checked several times no email from this company. They never had the courtesy to contact me by phone and I left at least 10 messages asking them to please return my call. My case ID [redacted] has been resolved, but as a customer I feel that they should still be reported as not being a good company for customer service and honesty . Thank you very much for your help it is very much appreciated .

Review: I ordered "The Christmas Story Kit" from Guiding Light Video on Sept 23 2014 . Today is October 8th no package has arrived, and I have called the company many times only to get and answering machine, I have left many many messages, no one has called me back at this time. I am the children's choir director at my church, and I ordered this product for our Christmas play. My money was taken out of my account on the day I ordered the product. I have emailed the company many times and I did receive one automated reply Oct 4th saying we are sorry your product has been back ordered and may take up to 2 weeks. I emailed them back and asked why they did not tell me this in the beginning and give me the option of ordering somewhere else. Well once again no reply, so I asked them to please refund my money and give me the courtesy of calling me to work this out. As a Christian myself I ordered from a company that I trusted to also be honest and have customer service , well I have tried to do the right thing but have gotten no customer service at all. I would really like to have a refund and even a phone call would be nice. I just do not want anyone else to have to go through the same thing I have gone through. Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund my order # is [redacted] and the amount with tax and shipping is $65.94 and was taken from my visa card. I would also like to see the company not treat any other people this way very sad. I would also like to make sure my visa is not scamed with this company to any future orders. I wish I could have resolved this with the company, but when no one never answers the phone or returns a customers call there is a problem. Thank you in advance for all you do, [redacted]
