To whom it may concern,Mrs*** is not a customer of ours. However, we are in the process of discussing with her as well as her neighbor, who is our customer, what we can do within reason to repair any permanent damage done.We have an appointment set up with our customer for next Thursday,
June 25th.At this time, our opinion is that the damage is not permanent and that the grass will grow back and the rain will wash away the mud within a few months.We offered to clean up Mrs***'s yard by raking the grass upright and laying more grass seed but Mrs*** refusedShe has submitted an estimate from a landscaping company to us for our review for $of repair to the yard.Sincerely,***

Nothing has been proposed to me from Guier since I submitted my request and estimate for repairLaying seed is the minimum effort and least costly option for Guier considering the damage to my private propertyAlso it is my belief that any repair work to my yard should be performed by a lawn care professional not Guier Fence.

This repair was completed by our installation manager, [redacted] F., for  Mr. [redacted] on Friday, June 23, 2017. [redacted] stated that Mr. [redacted] examined the repair and was satisfied, even "very happy with what he had done" upon [redacted]'s completion.

To whom it may concern:As of yesterday, we have taken care of the minimal damage done to our customer's lawn, who is Mrs. [redacted]'s neighbor. Our offer still stands to remove any remaining, unwanted dirt in the grass with a rake and lay grass seed over the area that needs more grass.Our opinion still stands that: the damage is not permanent. The bare spot under the tree was bare to begin with due to large roots and shade. The grass that can grow back will and the rain will wash away any excess dirt within a few months.Sincerely,[redacted]
