Jon showed them the problems and potential problems and told of potential situations as an inspector not a contractor. Jon was specific in detail inspection of the entire house inside, outside and underneath. The pictures were high quality. Jon had set the radon test afterwards and when it was completed he called me from the house telling us the results were high, 4.9 and possibly higher as the way the house was built. A hard choice as where to mitigate. Radon is nothing to sneer about. Jon emailed us the home inspection and radon test results hourly and we made the best choice for our family. We did not purchase the house and Best Choice Inspections saved us lots of money and possibly our lives. We have had over 6 home inspections in several states lived in and honestly this was the best one. The pictures of problem areas were very high quality. Our realtor was impressed.
