I have been driving for more than years and I know where the nozle for the gasoline and the diesel areIf I had poured diesel my whole engine would have been ruined I have proof in my house that it was given to me by Nissan Dealer that will show that I had received bad gas, I have in possession a container with the gasoline that it was removed from my gas tank

Gulf oil car wrap for advertising. They get your email phone number and address and send you a check to deposit. You keep 400.00 for yourself then they have someone to contact you for the rest of funds.

Review: Last Friday (May [redacted], 2014) at approx 4:55am I stopped at the follwoing gas station and filled my car up, I drove from there for less then a mile to my work, after finishing work I started driving to go home, the car started stalling while I was driving.Saturday I tried to start the vehicle up and I couldn't, tried few times. Called the Nissan Roadside Assistance since my vehicle is a Nissan Versa 2014, they towed the vehicle and took it to Nissan of Massapequa. [redacted] from Service) called me on Tuesday and told me that after performing a test they discovered that the gas was contaminated and that was voiding my warranty. He also said that they have pour some gasoline on the side in a can for proof.My complain is that the Gulf Gas Station sold me bad gas and my new car broke because of that and I have to pay for the repair, currently my car is at the dealer to be fixed.Desired Settlement: I don't know what the amount will be after the dealer will have my car fixed but I would like Gulf Oil to reimburse me back for all the expenses.

My client apologizes for the circumstances of the complaint. My client denies selling "bad gas" to the complaint. My client purchases Gulf branded gasoline from a reputable distributor. The distributor picks up the product from the terminal and delivers it to the gasoline station. The station is a self service gasoline station and on an average day, there are approximately 300 to 400 cars that visit the gasoline station for gasoline. Approximately 3,000 to 5,000 of gasoline is sold per day. The day prior to May * or May *, my client did not receive any complaint from any other customer. It is possible that the complaint may have poured diesel into the car tank. The diesel pump was next to the unbranded gasoline station. My client is unaware of any other issues.
