This company's customer service is awfulAfter three days of not shipping, I inquired as to whyNo response to my email after hours, and when live chat finally became available, each response took 10+ minutesI was told my shipping option was not actually an option (day USPS), and that they could not ship to a PO boxI was told that there has been a work-around to this problem before, and then a few hours later, that option was also redactedWhen I ordered, my account was charged immediatelyNow that I have asked for a refund, they're taking their time with itSpend your money somewhere they appreciate it, because Gumdrop obviously doesn't

I ordered a gum drop case for my Acer Chromebook rfrom www.gumdropcases***I received a broken caseI emailed them that day, and emailed and called for days followingThe original email included a picture of the broken case sitting on top of the packagingThey have not responded at all to my request for an undamaged caseThe site claims to have a day returns and a year warranty against defectsThey have not abided by their stated return policyI am just trying to get an undamaged case, and if I can, I will try to removed this complaint
