Excellent Service from Chris F at Gus Machado Ford on US 1.
I just wanted to let everyone know how good my experience was at Gus Machado Ford today. I was prepared to have problems but my appointment was set up flawlessly, I was immediately welcomed by the Service Manager and I was then set up with Chris F, my service representative. He reviewed the truck, found an excess of condensation in a rear tail light and ordered a replacement. Then he asked me about the switch problem. All the right questions and he told me he would have it looked at right away. He personally took it into the work bays and got an expert working on it. In short order the switch was replaced and Chris told me he would email me when the new tail light came in. Very courteous, efficient, helpful and downright nice!! I highly recommend it.
