GutterOne Construction values all customer reviews whether they are positive or negative That is the only way we are going to improve As for the price increase on [redacted] 's deck, it was a verbal quote of $on a pressure treated deck and then [redacted] switched it to composite decking with vinyl railing which was done in a professional manner The scallop blocks that [redacted] is referring to is approxsix 4"x16" blocks; the one on the corner continues to be hit by snow blower/lawn mower/ or [redacted] himself; which are in dirt to begin with like the barrier previously We are willing to give [redacted] the $because we certainly do not want him to feel like he was swindled As for going and replacing any railing and/or scallop blocks that will not happen due to the fact that I feel that no matter what we would do to resolve this matter we would never make [redacted] happy If this will resolve the matter for [redacted] please respond and we will mail the payment ASAPChuck D [redacted] , Owner of GutterOne Construction Services, LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I will accept the $and consider the matter closedBut I must point out that MrD*** is lying about meA deck (stairs) is not involved in this dispute; that job was completed and paid for before the railing was discussed--receipt showing railing job as separate is attached.Regarding the scalloped block, it was dislodged by foot traffic (and moved to a safe place by hand) before any snow blower or lawn mower came near that locationAs I stated in my original complaint, MrD*** should have started this border from the middle, ensuring equally-sized blocks at each endNearly all of the other work he did for me (when he showed up) is quite satisfactory--I observed him rush through this job--that is the only explanation I can guess at for his failing to do his regular good work

Review: I hired Gutter One to paint two rooms and put stone around my fire place. The fire place is perfect. The painting was a mess. There was paint all over the carpet, spilled coffee on the carpet, missed spots all over the walls.

They didn't cover holes or remove covers and just painted around them. I have tried to get them to fix the paint for a month and they have not shown up after saying the would.Desired Settlement: Since they will not fix the paint I have to hire someone else to fix it. They will be billed for that service

In response to the one and only complaint I have ever received and having an A+ grading with the Revdex.com. I was hired to paint 2 rooms and install stone around the fireplace. After jobs were completed there was a walk through conducted with [redacted] and at that time he was very satisfied even so much so that we received full payment AND a $100 tip! Two weeks later [redacted] had contacted me in regards to a few touch ups that needed to be done at his home. At that time I went out and looked at his concerns and told him we would get to this as soon as possible. On the day that the Revdex.com called concerning [redacted] complaint we were planning to go to his home to take care of his concerns and due to scheduling the touch ups were completed two days later. And as for the complaints concerning the coffee on the carpet [redacted] insisted numberous times not to worry about the carpet because he was getting new after the painting was complete. It is our typical protocal when painting or any type of inside work we ALWAYS take precautions to protect furniture/carpeting/hardwoods etc. Because of **. [redacted] insistence we had taken many pictures of the carpet before the job so as to show the condition of the carpet. There was a point in the process of completing the job that [redacted] offered one of my workers to smoke a bowl and this was in the prescense of another of my workers. My worker declined the offer but it was a very uncomfortable situation for us all. I never addressed this situation with [redacted] because I didn't want to make it an issue. I just wanted to complete the job and be on my way. I would like to reiterate that the touch ups were taken care of and [redacted] said he was pleased. I hope that this complaint does not affect our A+ rating with the Revdex.com.
