TERRIBLE, this company charges to ? times more for parts than what they actually cost Heat & Air companies are allowed to charge whatever they choose to for parts, for example a part can cost dollars and they can charge the customer or more I did not allow this company to fix my heat & air because I looked on the internet for the price of the part it ran from 20.00-dollarsThey estimated right at to fix it, this company really tries to rip people off The technician that came to check it kept trying to sell my husband a new unit Thank the lord my husband called another company and they charged 295.00, that's not great but it beats that Bean was trying to charge Bean charged for a service call so that was wasted money! I would never recommend this company to ANYONE!
I was charged $to replace a $sensor on 12/30/The part replaced was a Goodman Furnace Flame Sensor part #B11726-We were in a bind since this happened going in to a holiday weekend and I could not take a chance on not having heat (since I have a month old and a year old in the house) so I had to payOnly after I had a chance to check did I find out how much the part had been marked upWhen I called Bean (since I thought this was an honest mistake) I was told that it costs a lot to run a business and that a lot goes into pricing partsI really thought this was honest company owned by a good Christian family so I blindly trusted themI understand there is a markup on parts but I feel we were taken advantage of given our situation
