I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and am glad to see this provider admitted that he did agree to correct the matter and he does right by his customers. We had been waiting patiently for a long time. I do request that the provider please communicate with us as to when the 2" x 3" cracked (not so tiny) strip of siding done at the time this job was being done will be replaced. Thank you.

matter but I am not comfortable making the repair myself as I've never done it before. I've had 1 gentleman come out to take a look, and he never called me back. Other siding companies wont even come out to take a look because its such a small job no1 wants to take it. I will totally rectify the matter, I just need to find someone who will do the work. A siding company doesnt want to send somebody out for a tiny repair, they want to side the whole house ( which is ludacris). On the matter of overpayment , I have no idea where the client came up with this. They purchased a special I put out on [redacted] for a paver patio installation for $1299 for up to 100 sq ft. Additional square footage at $14/sq ft. They had a total of 256 sq ft. I charged them an additional $1000 ( which is still a large discounted rate ) They knew of the additional square footage and cost up front, I wouldnt purchase material and do a job unless the job total price is set and agreed upon. As far as not taking credit cards, the client never asked and I dont think I need to state up front if I take credit cards or not. By the way, to answer the clients question, we stay in business because we do excellent work and we always do right by our customers. Honestly, some people are just impossible to please. Most clients wouldnt even complain about a tiny crack in their vinyl siding , which may or may not have been there all along.
