GW Management received a check to purchase and schedule roofing service in excess of $in fall of Check was cashedI spoke with Mr [redacted] Spring of He informed me that the project would be completedI reached out to company in May and June, spoke with Jackie who did not have information about project date but informed me that the permit was being obtained from my village and someone would reach out to meI have attempted to call and went to the office in person twiceNo one answers and the office is dark with door locked but has sign on doorI also contacted my village and there is no permit request in place which leads me to believe that MrGregory [redacted] has vacated the premises along with fundsThere has been no work doneMore damage is occurring to the interior of my home

This company collected $from my insurance company to replace my damaged roofthey cashed the check in October they send me letter which said due to the weather we can't do the roof when the weather permit we will do itI spoke with them in April they said next week for almost a month the end of June they stop answering all the phone or emailI don't know now if they still in business or they shutdownI called my insurance they can't help meI am stock now I can't fix it and they took the insurance money they only took 50% of the total costThis is fraudI don't want another person fall in to their scam Thanks

Very unprofessional once they get your money On top of everything in the beginning of the process they make you sign a contract making it so you can not fire and hire someone else to finish the job until they give you a letter releasing you as their client Long story short Curtis is no longer working there and Greg [redacted] changed his number So I have an unfinished job and can't hire someone else because GW Management has the insurance money tied up and I can't contact anyone Horrible experience! I have a very leaky garage roof that needs to be replaced its sad that I have the money to pay for it but I can't contact anyone at GW Management to get the release I need I called from a different phone number and Greg answered the phone and told me he would send the release because they were backed up and wouldn't be able to get to me after waiting a week I called him back and he changed his number DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Please send me a statement releasing me as yo

An extremely long process, they do not answer their phone once they have your money, and they demonstrate an extreme disregard for your scheduleThat said, the work, when it finally got started, took one day and turned out very goodI recommended them to my neighbors but upon further retrospection will not recommend them in the future

This company was in our neighborhood and was going door to door to see if they can do roof repair Talked with sale person and ended up doing a contract with them They contacted our insurance company and we received funds from insurance company to do work Then winter came and they don't do work in winter time Spring came and I tried contacting our sale person and got nowhere Ended up calling the company and got a secretary and explained the problem Spoke to owner and he said there is nothing that his company can do for us So now I have a check from insurance company with both mine and husband name with said company also I called our insurance company to see what to do with check and was advised that I needed to contact company Tried several times to contact them and left messages and to this day still haven't heard anything from them All I need is for them to write a letter to inscoand let them know that they are not doing work on our house Don't know what else

My claim process started last October with JamilThere were a couple issues with where my insurance check was sent (no fault of GW Management), but we straightened that out and were ready to get the work doneBy this time it was too late in the season so we opted to wait until better weather not to risk any issues with shingles not getting sealed downi made contact with Greg in April to have the work done in May and we got the rest of the paperwork completed and got on schedule to get my roof replaced.My roofing material was delivered last week and the crew came out this past Saturday to do the workGiven the size of my roof, they needed days to complete the work and came back TuesdayI was a bit skeptical during this process since my introduction with GW Management was basically a "cold Call" at my front door, but everything turned out to be okayGreg got things rolling quickly when my schedule and the weather permitted and he got the job doneThe roofing crew that came out worked their tails off and I was a bit nervous about the mess they made, but when they left my home it looked as if they weren't there (except for a new roof)I was happy with the service I received and hopefully all the paperwork gets processed without issueSince my roof was just completed I don't know if the paperwork is complete, but I assume it is

GW Management entered into an agreement with me in the spring of They were to handle the insurance claim process and the installation of a new roof on my homeThere was evidence of damage to the roof from a hail stormIt took about three weeks for the insurance claim to be approved and the first check to be issuedI was told the roof should be installed by the end of the summerThat didn't happen and GW didn't follow up with me with an explanationI called them several times asking when the roof would be installedIt rained several times while I waited for a new roof, which caused more damage since water was leaking in an upstairs bedroomI called in August and left several messagesI eventually received a call saying my home would get the roof installed in SeptemberThe roof was not installedI called in October and left messagesI received a call stating that because the weather was changing, my roof would be installed in the spring of I received another call

We hired GW Management to assist in our property damage claim After the claim was filed with the insurance company last fall, we were told our siding would be replaced in December but the roof would have to wait until the spring The siding was never replaced and we received no return phone calls from GW Management regarding the status In the spring we received a letter saying the work would be completed in March March came and again our repeated attempts to contact GW failed We left messages and never received a response Finally in May after leaving many messages we were told our roof would be replaced in early June To this date, our roof and siding have not been replaced We had left many, many messages on every phone number we have for GW and e-mailed them at every e-mail address we have and no one has responded They have had our insurance check since November and it has now been cashed No one has returned our phone calls

I am using this company as a third party adjuster to talk with my insurance company to get my roof replaced Last November we received the insurance check which they deposited The weather got too cold to do the replacement last year so they said they would complete it this year I have tried numerous times reaching out to them to determine the start time and I have gotten no response Now every time I called them the phone goes to voice mail and now there website is offline I don’t know what to do to get my roof replaced Can you help?

They came to my house after a storm stating that I may have hail damage on my roof After proceeding, my insurance issued a check to me for $and I signed it over to them in December They said when we have weather over they'll schedule the work In June I called them to see when the work would be completed They said by the end of the month In early July they said the work would be done by the End of July I've tried to call them and email them over the past several days They don't answer the phone and their mailbox is full There is no way to contact them to ask them to return the $and there is no indication that they will be completing the work
