Review: GWB BROKERAGE collected the amount of $468 from me as payment for a general liability insurance that was needed for my janitorial cleaning business on 06/**/2014,the amount was for a 3months upfront payment for the policy and agency fees,3weeks later I got a mail from the insurance carrier-[redacted]) that my policy had being cancelled and the reason is because GWB BROKERAGE underwrote a false description of my company's services which means it will be higher risk for them to cover.I called GWB BROKERAGE and they said they will get me my refund and never did for 4 months,I called GWB and they asked me to call [redacted] directly for my refund, [redacted] told me that my refund had being sent back to my insurance broker/agent who happens to be GWB BROKERAGE, I called back GWB to inform them and they since have been avoiding my calls, I sent email to the [redacted] of GWB [redacted] but he never responded, I visit GWB BROKERAGE hoping to see them in person but the [redacted] won't let me see the agents or [redacted], The [redacted] called them on the phone and she was told to tell me that I will not be getting any refund any longer, The cost of the general liability insurance was $69.95 per month, I paid $468 upfront to cover 3month plus agent fees and the policy was cancelled 3weeks after payment.Desired Settlement: GWB BROKERAGE responsibility was supposed to be honest in underwriting their insurance applications/policies in other to avoid cancellation but I guess they just care about their agency fees more knowing that customers will be cancelled shortly after and then they can start avoiding them afterward.
