H H & A Heating and Air Conditioning Reviews (2)

Review: We called [redacted] at H.H.&A. Heating and Air Conditioning to come to our home for needed repairs (leaking) a couple of days prior to August 28, 2012. He was having vehicle maintenance issues and could not come out so he sent an employee out. The employee came out on August 28, 2012 and stated that he blew out the drainline, raised the pan and coil and applied duct tape where something had come loose. He charged us $150.00, we paid him $150.00 and he left. The leaking continued and started running down our walls and ceilings. We called someone else to come and look at the unit and he told us that the drain line was clogged and had NOT been blown out, the pan under the unit was damaged from the previous person's attempt to raise it and there was no duct tape in tact anywhere. We called [redacted] on September 11, 2012 to compain and asked for a refund and he verbally granted our refund but told us his accountant would not be in for 2 days. He told us he would mail it to us. We did not receive the refund and called [redacted] again on September 26, 2012 and he told my husband he would mail us a check the next day. We sent [redacted] an email after Thanksgiving and he did not respond. I sent him a letter on February 26, 2013 and stated in that letter that if he did not respond to that letter by the end of March 2013 that I would notify the Revdex.com. We have still had no response.Desired Settlement: We would still like our refund of $150.00 and think notifying the Revdex.com would be the next step in the process.
