Review: The seller has failed to deliver product (ordered on may 17,2012) and will not answer correspondence attempts I make.
On May 17, 2012, I purchased via PayPal the double arm fighting dummy being sold by h2h trainers for the amount of $193.99 plus $8.00 s&h. The order was confirmed and the receipt number was XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. After receiving neither the product nor any word from the seller by early June, I attempted to contact h2h trainers both by phone and email. After several attempts with no reply, I finally spoke with [redacted], who runs the company on June 18th and was informed that the business had moved and he was sorry for the delay and my product was being mailed the next day. I still have yet to receive my product and continually get zero response from anyone at the company any time I email. I have called numerous times but the phone is now listed as a non working number. I am extremely frustrated with this company and now have no way of obtaining either information on my order nor a refund. Desired Settlement: I would very much like a refund on the product I ordered and never received in the amount of $193.99 cents, the amount charged to my credit card via PayPal

I am sorry there was a problem. The item was shipped and the customer changed his mind. I asked him to refuse delivery and I would give him a refund. I will check into it further and try to get it resolved

I do not accept the response from the business due to the fact I still have not received the product in order to refuse delivery, and never once received a response from the business asking me to do so (as their response claimed). Furthermore, I still have no way of contacting the business in order to see if they have a tracking number for the product to see what may have happened to it in transit. Some sort of direct communication would be nice to try and get this resolved
