Review: Repeated attempts to reach you by phone and text remain unanswered. I had hoped this would not be necessary. The last time we spoke you agreed to take the combination lock off the front door of the above-subject property, leave the keys on the kitchen counter, clean the stains from the carpet in the back bedroom, remove the trash from the back yard and leave a copy of your paid receipt for the kitchen range paid for by us, but not installed. All the above was accomplished except for the copy of your receipt. You've not produced a receipt from Sears, a copy from your credit card statement or bank account statement proving purchase. You are aware you were paid for the range in the amount of $1,550, along with several other items on your invoice #34, dated November 9, 2012. This letter is to give you the opportunity to refund the $1,550 by cashier's check or money order no later than March 15, 2013 to avoid lawsuit in small claims court. If it is necessary to file suit, we will file for attorney's fees to recover the $1,550 also.
