The business failed to tell the Revdex.com that I did not make a whole year the first time which I paid for because of my busy schedule I asked them to send me a text and a voice mail call in addition to the reminders on the business card they feel to do so the first year and when I complain the first time they responded to me because they wanted the complaint removed that they would give me an additional monthsSo when I started back my treatment even if it lasted for months I thought it was I asked them again to give me a text or a reminder phone call which they fail to do so again since I am very busy with my work scheduleI did receive a call from Janet after the months would have totally expired asking if I needed any product or anything like that that triggered me to contact the Revdex.com once againAnd as I went back for these additional free months which I only completed half of them they are again like the first year nobody came to talk to me about my progress or lack thereofPictures were taken of my head numerous times from my stylist but Jennifer who was supposed to talk to me originally was always busy with other clientsSo this months additionally free that they said they were going to give me like I said only lasted about and I still didn't have anybody speak to me about the photos that were taken
