Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Ms. S[redacted] is  a pathological liar. I had to get the notice from tow company because that woman already had the car towed. I think what she did was evil and conniving. She needs to prove that she actually gave me a notice in my hand. Ms. S[redacted] can't because she never gave me a chance and with no warning. I am requesting my money back within7-days or this case will go through the court. I will contact the local Human Rights Commission. I will sue for way more money than $397.00. I will sue for for travel expenses and emotional distress and hire an attorney if needed. I need to correspond with her corporate manager and come to an agreement.  Because she is a crazy delusional woman. This woman believes her own lies.Sincerely,

Response to letter I received from Revdex.com regarding towing of il vehicle
On September 7th I did tow a Hyundai that was parked in a tenant's parking spot for a period of time. Itwas not like this person was  here for a couple of minutes she was parked in that parking spot...

for asubstantial amount of time. I do have postings for the visitor's parking spots on my railings and clearlymarked on the pavement the visitor's parking spots. I also have signs posted on the buildings from thetowing company that I use that states unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles will be impounded 24hours a day at owners risk & expense. The Hyundai in question was parked in a tenant's parking spot sotherefore that Hyundai was an unauthorized vehicle parked in an unauthorized parking spot her car wasnot registered with the Hallmark property so therefore she could not park in any numbered parkingspots. That would be only obvious if you are parking at a apartment complex, The tenant that she wasvisiting is told when they move in they are to inform their visitor's where & where not to park.
It was stated in the letter I received that I did not give this person an opportunity to move her vehicleput the tow slip on the vehicle, and this person never came out to move the vehicle so I towed hervehicle.  I have 52 units & 5 buildings I am not knocking on 52 apts to see where the person who ownsthe vehicle was visiting.
The person is trying to give the Hallmark Apts and me as a person a bad reputation by saying I am awhite racists and when I looked at her and seen that she was a person of color that I had a look ofhatred on my face, that could not be farther from the truth. I treat each and every person I confrontwith the same respect no matter what nationality they may be. I was not rude to this person at all, and ifshe heard from other people than that is just hearsay she does not know me at all.
Hallmark Apartments will not refund the amount of $397.52 to this person due to the fact that she wasin the wrong not Hallmark apartments or their manager.
