Toxic Souless hostile
Extreme favoritism, incompetent management, front desk employees hired off the street who have no experience in the health and beauty industry who like to create dissension between other employees.. excessive obsessive micromanagement. Hand and Stone does not care about quality service it is all about the numbers and all about the money. They are assembly line cookie cutter services no better than Massage Envy. A waste of money and a scam

I spoke to [redacted] several times now, and she agreed that all is resolved satisfactorily and that she would withdraw this complaint.

The experience I have received at this hand and stone location is horrible. 0.001% positive rating if possible. I had a massage on Monday January 9th 2017. Everything was going ok until I was taken to my room and rushed. The therapist worked on everything besides my hand where I told her I needed it the most. I felt rushed out, and that wasn't pleasant. I tried to be positive, but in the back of my mind I felt that this was a horrible experience. Who knows, maybe this is a great experience compared to other people's experiences that have been there. I timed the session that was supposed to be 50 minutes long, and she only gave me 43:27 seconds. If I am paying for the full service I want to get my full moneys worth. This is unacceptable. I told the staff when I walked out that I have been shorted on my time, and that I felt rushed. They offered to give me 10$ off my service because of the inconvenience. I didn't want to feel negative or make a scene, but I was totally upset with how I was treated. Not a good vibe in the place what so ever. What is the point to have a massage business when you only put out bad customer service. I am writing this letter to the consumer out there. Do not go here. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I contacted corporate on Monday, and it took me 4 days to get a response. I wanted corporate to handle this matter, and what do you know? They messaged the spa, and the manager called me. If I wanted it to be handled by the incompetent staff I would have called them. This needs to be resolved. I want a complete refund for my 50$ that was wasted on completely unprofessional service.
