TERRIBLE COMPANY! I booked a party bus for a one way drop off, months in advance for a bachelorette partyWhen no one had arrived at the set time, I called the company to figure out where the driver was and then man who I spoke to said he would call the driver and call me backAfter 10-minutes with no word, I called back and they said the driver had got in an accident and wouldn't be able to pick us upI first of all did not believe this to be true since no one in the company thought to contact me if this really happened to make other arrangementsThey basically said we don't have anyone to come and will have to refund youAnother limo company said companies do this all the time and lie and say the driver was in an accident when another customer will pay more money for the vehicleHappy limousine left us stranded with no transportation although we had a confirmation and they took my payment weeks in advanceHe didn't sound apologetic on the phone at all eitherAlthough I did receive an email of the refund, I have not seen it in my bank account so I will be keeping a close eyeThis company is very unprofessional and has no loyalty to their paying customers and their reservations
I'm very pleased to say that Happy Limo made my parents vacation amazingOur driver was on time, respectful and very cautious while driving! He checked in and let me know that he found my parents at the airport, he was so polite my parents were impressed! I recommend this company from Florida percent! Thank you again!
I would be very careful booking with this company I spent several hours looking for a limousine service which had a white non-hummer limo I explained to the 1st manager how important is was to not have black or a hummer for my daughters wedding I made an appointment and traveled across town with my daughter and future son in law to personally inspect that white passenger limo They had an emergency, so it was not there We went back about hours later Were extremely happy and explained to a 2nd manager how important it was to have a white limo that was not a hummer A few days before the wedding, the wedding planner confirmed everything Image my surprise when a BLACK HUMMER showed up at my daughters wedding The driver got back with me about minutes later to say - "oh, the white limo's air conditioning broke" Personally, I don't believe that since no attempt to contact me prior to the wedding was done by this company A few days after the wedding, I got in touch with them and they did refund half my money But they ruined that portion of my daughters wedding, which can never be rectified When I took the time to speak with different Managers on the importance of having a WHITE limo and NOT a Hummer, they obviously placed little importance on rmy equest
Company failed to respond to reservation request in a timely mannerAlso failed to respond to cancellation AND live chat onlineBilled me anyway I put in a reservation requestCompany failed to respond for hours, until after I booked service with a competitor, who responded and processed my request in LESS THAN MINUTESHappy Limo also failed to respond to my cancellation request and did not answer me in their online chat feature on their websiteThey billed me $anyway
***+ I booked Happy Limo without knowing any Limo companies at all in the Orlando area I can not believe how GREAT and PROFESSIONAL they are Our driver MARCK is top notch and in my opinion the best Limo driver I've EVER HAD I travel for business a lot and I transfer a lot by way of Limo Happy Limo and MARCK are a top notch combination!
