We are not stalling just waiting on materials we were short on shinglesAlso I was told last Friday they were having a reunion so we didn't interrupt and stayed gone whole weekend we found some of the right shingles and went and put them on the
following weekThen I was told the person I have a contract with and the person on the complaint had passed awayI had to check with the insurance to see if the customer would still be covered after passing before I continueMy questions haven't been answered by the son or brother of Mrs***I would like to know how I get paid if she isn't covered any longerI believe that costumers son and brother are using this complaint as a tool to get me to hurry when I have to get the answers I needIf *** is not covered and both son and uncle are in charge then who is paying final amount upon completionAlso if costumer passed how did she file this complaint

Upon signing with Mr *** he was told that I had several weeks of work ahead of him I told him I would try and get him before winter and he was the last job I was signingHe was good with that then after paying me one of my competitors stopped
by and told mr*** something he didn't like that is why Mr *** wants a refundThere will be no refund because I ordered materials for this job
